Trees and their branches that grow touching the roof of your property, gives access to animals like raccoons and squirrels to frequent your roof. Once a travel zone has been established, the possibility is quite high that an animal will create some damage on the roof, trying to enter. The branches should be cut back to reduce access.

Carpenter Ants are another problem, because they live in trees and work with wood. If the branches of a tree touch the wall or roof of your property, the ants will frequent your structure and most likely move in.

A technician from Pro Pest will be happy do a free inspection on your property to assess what is needed.
