When it comes to having your cat up a tree, a hamster that has escaped, the family snake that can’t be found. The list goes on and on. There are so many types of situations that can arise and when it happens to your family the technicians at Pro Pest can usually come up with the solution.

Here are a few stories to relate to: We received a call that Trixie, a black cat was very high up in a tree and was there for a day and a half. The family didn’t want their pet to die in a tree. Once Pro Pest was on location and began to climb the tree. The cat was scared and moved to the end of along branch. The only possible course of action was to slowly cut the branch and lower “Trixie” to the ground.

The 6 foot python snake had been missing for more than a week and upon an inspection of the apartment we found a hole in the heating system wall where the pipes traveled through to the next door unit. We found the python living in the unit next door under the stove. The tenant that resides there is blind and was totally unaware of his new room mate.

Some one left the cage door open and Toby the teddy bear hamster was gone. Upon doing our inspection we found that the floor vent behind the couch was open. Most likely as the hamster was walking along the wall, it probably fell in. We were right. After an inspection of the venting system the furnace was opened and Toby was found in the furnace. The children were so happy that Toby was back in his cage.
